1. Building management

• An expenditure documentary examination with regard to local normative documentation requirements and market prices
• Prepare tender documentation for processing, manufacturing equipment and expert services procurement
• Assessment of proposals for construction companies, suppliers and experts, taking into consideration technical and financial parts and developing appropriate recommendations for the customer
• Development of basic principles of contracting with the construction company in technical and financial aspects
• Control of the terms of the agreement with the construction company and subcontractor organizations
• To develop appropriate recommendations for the optimization of the construction process in the technical and financial parts, control and optimize the calendar schedule of the construction process; Identify the hazardous circumstances and ensure adequate reaction
• Develop optimal recommendations and concrete proposals for the buyer in the context of technical parameters and value for construction materials and equipment purchase of various inventory and furniture
• Ensure communication and adequate solutions with local natural monopoly services
• Preparation of appropriate documentation for the procurement and delivery of the facility by the local governing bodies in compliance with the permit conditions

2. Technical supervision of construction

• Systematic control of the quality of construction works in accordance with applicable legislation on technical supervision on the basis of requirements defined by the project-cost estimate documentation and technical regulations adopted by the customer
• Ensure compliance with the construction works, the applied materials, products and construction standards and design-technical requirements
• Performing executable technical documentation in accordance with applicable normative-technical requirements
